Mission The main mission of the role is to dissect complex data sources, uncover consumer behavior insights, and decode brand perceptions to drive strategic decisions for clients. By leveraging tools such as social listening, digital analytics, and survey data, the analyst transforms these insights into actionable recommendations and compelling narratives. Job Functions Utilize Diverse Data Sources: Employ tools like social listening, search data, social media analytics, digital analytics, and survey data to address clients' inquiries and generate actionable insights. Lead Research & Insights Projects: Take charge of projects from inception to completion, including formulating queries, designing surveys, collecting data, performing analyses, visualizing data, interpreting findings, and presenting results to clients. Collaborate with Data Science Team: Work closely with the Data Science team to enhance AI capabilities and improve data analysis techniques. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in the digital and social media landscapes to identify emerging opportunities and provide informed recommendations. Craft Strategic Recommendations: Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that align with clients' business objectives and enhance their market positioning. Enhance Client Understanding: Deepen client understanding by providing insights into consumer behavior, brand perception, content strategy, and market dynamics. Communicate Effectively: Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing to articulate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
