Research Marketing Manager

Our client, a renowned company in consumer insights market research, is seeking a Research Design Manager for their remote team in Brazil or Mexico.

About the role: The Research Design Manager will develop market research proposals, working autonomously and coordinating with clients and the account management team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in market research methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.

Tasks Design and develop market research proposals Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to meet client needs Create customized proposals highlighting the benefits of our services Conduct research to understand client needs and industry trends Participate in client meetings to gather requirements Manage multiple proposals ensuring timely delivery Maintain and improve proposal processes and materials Serve as the client point of contact for project pricing inquiries Support strategic projects in collaboration with the Data Analytics team Educate clients on our platform's technology and services Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Marketing, or a related field 6-8 years of experience in market research, preferably in CPG or MR supplier side Expertise in market research methodologies and industry terminology Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in developing and winning proposals Trusted advisor to clients and colleagues Passion for market research Solutions-oriented approach with clients Strong initiative and desire to exceed client expectations Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel Ability to present information confidently to clients Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate new business within existing accounts Impeccable communication skills in English
