Any recruitment will typically start with a meeting between you, the recruiter and hiring manager to cover needs and expectations, and after this, your process starts as you:
**HR/recruitment skills and an interest in research**
- A degree within e.g. business or HR and perhaps a few years of experience with sourcing within a large corporate environment or from an agency
- Great English communication skills, verbal and written, allowing you to reach out to your stakeholders comfortably
- A creative approach to sourcing using a range of techniques, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
- The ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity
