Note: Position based in Mexico City OfficeRoyal Caribbean Group seeks to recruit a Researcher for the Executive Search team reporting to the Lead Recruiter The researcher will also work closely with the Director of Executive Search Launched in early 2019 Royal Caribbean Group's internal executive search team is charged with executing Senior Director+ level assignments across the RCG enterprise globally Our purpose is to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent capable of helping transform our organization and make RCG the most competitive and innovative travel hospitality company in the marketplace The research function plays a strategic key role in the executive recruitment process by partnering with and advising the recruiting partners through the provision of targeted talent pool information industry knowledge and market trends on a real-time and project-based manner The role is a unique mix of detective analytical and project management skills which serves to keep our team a step ahead of the curveWe are looking for a critical thinker with a passion for research This individual will be asked to processsynthesize complex information effectively and communicate in a concise manner- Deliver high-impact executive search recruitment research in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment- Manage research projects and intelligence briefings for all assigned projects by proactively identifying and mapping out global talent and organizational structures- Identify and oversee key pipeline needs and project manage resulting deliverablesmarket and search process information on the database in accordance with strict confidentiality and all relevant regulations- Oversee various team ad hoc projects as necessary- Actively read and monitor industry trades to track key industry moves and assess recruitment trends- Act as a SME across a variety of industry segments and functional disciplines- Act as an ambassador for RCG's overall commitment to diversity and inclusion as a core value and business imperativeQUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 3+ years' experience in recruitment research or relevant experience Experience leveraging various third party research tools (LinkedInQualigence and other tools) Experience with CRM and/or ATS (ie Thrive huge plusbut not required)- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing research presentations for dissemination- and PowerPoint required Excellent presentationleadership and interpersonal skills- Excellent time management Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills and independently motivated- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience consulting and advising clients- Ability to thrive in a team-focused culture
