.Researcher - Talent Acquisition ExecutiveRobert Walters, a leading global recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Researcher/Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team.
This position will be based in Chihuahua, with a hybrid schedule and will be supporting our North American offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill key positions within our organization.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive research and market mapping to identify potential candidates for various positions across different industries and functions within Robert Walters' North American office.Manage the sourcing/research process from intake call with client, mapping markets, reaching out to candidates, screening calls, presenting candidates, and following along the process.Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify and engage with potential candidates.Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop comprehensive candidate profiles.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure the ability to attract top talent.Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Actively promote and build the reputation of the Robert Walters brand in the recruitment marketplace.Manage a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals actively seeking a new position and those who may be considering new roles in the future.Search the database with the consultants to match suitable candidates for new roles.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Fully bilingual (English / Spanish).5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Researcher/Talent Acquisition Executive in the North American market.In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies, candidate sourcing techniques, and best practices.Experience in sourcing and researching candidates in different industries and functions across North America.Familiarity with US-based talent searches and understanding of the local job market and recruitment practices.Experience managing initial screening calls and assessing candidate qualifications.Previous experience working in an agency recruitment setting is preferred.Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently
