Answer phone calls on a daily basis to secure new reservations and provide assistance to guests with existing reservations.3. Assist sales and marketing team with groups reservations. Reviewing future group's blocking, identifying discrepancies, cut-offs, following up on required changes, charging group reservations on the cut-off date to ensure that they have full payment for the stay according to the contract, and adding the rooming list on the system.4. Prepare and send daily the daily pick-up and rolling 365-day reports.5. Conciliate all 3rd party reservations according to ONYX reports and send them monthly to the Finance department.6. Conciliate all World of Hyatt Reservations according to the report and billing sent by WOH and send it monthly to the Finance department.7. Prepare and send a weekly cancellation report to the General Manager, Rooms Manager, and Director of revenue with the cancellation reasons.8. Closing the cashier daily.9.
