Reservations & Customer Service Agent For Usa Hotel

Hospitality corporate, with presence in Mexico and USA is looking for talent.We are expanding our team of customer service and reservations team which is located physically in Guadalajara, Mexico.We are looking foward to provide an excellent service with kindness and warmth and we are looking for talented people who fit that profile and want to grow in our company and develop professionally.(Our team only receives phone calls. We do no make phone calls)What we expect from you:- Willing to do your best at customer service and solve questions regarding the hotel, and improve their reservation guarateeing an excellent experience for our guests.- English written and spoken 95- 100% not less.- We manage rotative shifts (morning and afternoon) so, time available is necessary.- Basic computer skills- Enjoys talking to people- High school diploma at least.Activities:- Book hotel reservations, and take payments for anything additional they would like to purchase.- Solve any questions that the guests might have regarding the hotel or their stay.We offer you:- You will be fully trained, our reservations team is less than 20 people in total.- You will be part of a corporate hotel business corporation, so hotel discounts to beach destination are amazing. (less that 50 usd all incl.)- Our offices are located near Centro Magno, between La Minerva and Downtown.
