Reporting directly to the Director of Residences you will be a key player in establishing the residential brand at Susurros del Corazon. You will develop close relationships with residence owners, homeowner's association, and team members to manage the residences effectively and efficiently. You will coordinate all residential owners´ stays from the creation of reservation, creating their itineraries with the Itinerary Designers Team, coordinating Grocery Shopping service, A la Carte Services, to their departure and revising their folios ensuring discounts are applied and residential services charged.**:**You will assist in coordinating delivery of residences to owners and follow up with different departments to complete furniture install, accessories, cleaning and engineering review prior to owner´s stays.**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Have in mind that this is not a full list of tasks.
