**Job Summary**:The **Resident Experience Specialist** serves as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
The role includes managing resident communications, overseeing lease renewals, and collaborating with the property management team to enhance services and improve resident retention.The **Resident Experience Specialist** will:- Handle all resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and loyalty.- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the Leasing Consultant to ensure a smooth transition.- Manage and facilitate lease renewal processes, aiming for a 95% renewal rate for 12-month leases.- Support marketing efforts by updating property websites and posting vacancies.- Collaborate with the property management team to address resident feedback and implement service improvements.
**Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements**:- **Required Skills and Experience**:- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle resident concerns empathetically and professionally.- Prior experience in customer service, property management, or a resident-facing role is preferred.- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.- **Preferred Traits**:- Friendly and approachable demeanor.- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.- Strong phone and communication skills to build rapport with residents.
