We are seeking a **Residential Turnover Project Coordinator** to join our team!The **Residential Turnover Project Coordinator** will hold vendors and internal techs accountable for following the established timelines and expectations provided before the start of every project. This person must be accountable for others, pay attention to detail, maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible and adaptable to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.**What you will get**:- ** Hourly $7-$12** USD rate, commensurate with experience.- ** Permanent remote** position.- 10 days of **PTO **per year- US** holidays** are paid for.- Birthday holiday.**What your daily tasks would be**:- Assign and schedule recently vacated units.- Evaluate pricing and scope of work descriptions and provide pricing to each line of the scope of work based upon the pricing expectations established by the company.- Communicate work order status with the team, vendors, and tenants.- Provide detailed descriptions of work to be performed to ensure our clients have all the appropriate information prior to approving the scope of work to be completed.- Quality Control to ensure all scope items are complete and the home is truly deemed to be rent ready.**What we need from you**:- ** Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.** C1 or C2 English level.- ** Proven experience of 2 years** managing **vendors/general contractors**, and subcontractors in a Property Management firm.- ** Full schedule availability of 45 hours per week**, **Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm** (Central Standard time zone).- ** Modern computer **(i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), high-speed internet connection, webcam, mic, and a comfortable working space.- ** Strong computer skills.** Working knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to learn new software (Podio, Appfolio, and others).- ** Ability to multitask**. Highly organized. High attention to detail.
