Planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests. Displaying and encouraging teamwork to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Maintaining company cooking standards and assume responsibility for assigned station(s) individually or in support of others. What we can't train is what's inside of you. In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:
Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods. Attention to detail in order to maintain unit's appearance and operating standards. Minimum of one to two years gourmet culinary experience preferred. So, what do you think? Is this you?
