.**Job **specifics/responsibilities**:- Staffing projects in the CMT / BU. Facilitate cross countries sourcing.- Selects the right resource for the project and trainings in the terms of skills, cost, availability and revenue generation potential, giving a priority to internal (CMT / BU, EMEA, on-shore, near-shore) and off-shore sourcing. Works with the others RMs to find appropriate resources outside the CMT / BU.- Drives resource escalations to solve the potential allocation conflicts between the different stakeholders- Maintains the resource allocation for the CMT / BU, works with the Delivery Manager and the consultants on a weekly basis to understand the available capacity in the team and provide an accurate utilization forecast for the rolling 4 months ahead.- Works closely with PMs for scheduling's of resources for different projects.- Publishes all outstanding resource requests and work with other regional resource managers to find appropriate solutions for the available consultants in his/ her team.- During month closure anticipate the utilization figures for analysis, and action, if needed, to minimize the unreported hours and allow consultants to book accurately on the right projects.- Provides the CMT / BU Delivery manager with the necessary reports reflecting the activity in scope: utilization metrics of the team, workforce characterization reports. Input for residual forecasting/ Forecast accuracy (Forecast vs Actual)- Leads the end-to-end process to identify and onboard suitable contingent workers when external resources are needed consulting with Global Procurement:- Initiates the Purchase Order, ensures the onboarding of the external resources follows the local regulations.- ?racks the contracts and invoices of 3rd party resources.**Key **deliverables/accountabilities**: (key deliverables the employee should be accountable of)- Ensure alignment and coordination with the assigned PS Delivery CMT /BU key stakeholders.- Support maximization of resources fitness-for-purpose for the business and the projects.- Support maximization of resource utilization.**Working relationships**:**Internal**:Resource Coordinator supports the PS Delivery business, directly interacting with Delivery Managers (DMs), Consulting Managers (CMs) and Project Managers (PMs). (S)he interacts also with consultants and with other supporting functions to deliver the services to the business, such as Human Resources, Project Management Office (PMO)**External**:Resource Coordinator interacts with Third-Party companies and their consultants.**Education (degree) and professional experience required**:- Bachelor's degree- Professional experience will be much valued**Other requirements**: (language and certification requirements, different than formal education)- Excellent English, spoken and written, other European languages is a plus.**Personal skills and qualities**:- Excellent communication skills, customer relationship skills
