We are currently seeking a Resource Management Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX:
JAL), Mexico (MX).
This role is for a Bi:

Will be responsible for end:

end fulfillment including including demand:
supply matching, allocation, tracking and monitoring progress of fulfillment opened with other sourcing channels
Will have to interact with delivery managers to understand resource requirement Will have to interact with resources for explaining project roles and responsibilities
Triage Resource Requests and follow up with initiators to get Resource Requests corrected to achieve approval.
Review demand when it is received for accuracy and completeness
Drive Resource Request closure by hosting meetings and making phone calls to initiators and fulfillment teams to keep things moving.
Implement standard procedures to handle recurring activities such as monitoring employee assignment end dates.
Deal with escalations and complaints from all people in the Demand and Supply cycle of resource fulfillment.
This could require time spent researching an escalated issue or preparing some kind of historic report to presentto management Interface with the delivery management teams based out of MX / NA region on a regular basis Maintain data integrity in NTT tools by generating multiple reports and analyzing the results to find missing and wrong data that impacts report results.
Write detailed Comments in each of the open Resource Requests to indicate key status info during its life cycle.
This could include the name of the person filling the position, or the reason the request has been cancelled.
Involvement to Respond to RFPs:
provide market rates to help with rate cards; search for available skills within the Company; locate proactive resumes for proposal responses Coordinate with various departments such as Recruitment, Training and Development, HR, Immigration and Employee relations in the course of resource fulfillment Utilization monitoring:
tracking, non:
billability analysis and resulting actions
Onsite Bench:
Compilation of employee's aspirations and feedback on various employees Forecast compilation and skill gap analysis
Career and Succession planning of Employees
The person has to be very familiar with an internal tool of NTT.
The complex tools require special training to learn the comprehensive talent acquisition suite of modules including account maintenance, resource request fulfillment, external resource search and on boarding, and employee allocation and assignment tracking.
These tools are used many hours of every business day, so it is critical to have extensive knowledge of the tool.
Requisite training would be provided on these tools.
