**_What You Will Do:_**
- Assign available employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability.
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and corresponding resource bookings and availability.
- Monitor employees' workload, utilization, and overtime hours.
- Manage resource conflicts and work with talent acquisition team to ensure recruitment of needed skillsets.
- Provide support and recommendations to leadership when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes.
- Analysis of current and upcoming projects to plan resourcing accordingly.
- Documenting processes and reports (ex: weekly utilization report)
**_Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: _**
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, management, or similar field preferred
- 2+ years previous experience as a project/resource/HR manager in professional services, bonus if cybersecurity related experience
- Ability to use and master technology tools (Excel, HubSpot, Kantata, ClickUp)
- Critical thinking, analytical, and forecasting skills
- Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- ability to adapt communication style based on situation, ability to be diplomatic and stand one's ground when needed
- Authorized to work in Mexico
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, **only English resumes will be accepted.**
