We leverage over ten years of success and growth to provide a world-class experience for our customers, partners, and employees.**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/SKILLS**- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication with strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships- Self-motivated and passionate- Excellent customer service skills**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Review, edit, and reformat English resumes in preparation for sendout and interview with clients across the US. Expected time to 'dub' a resume 15-20 minutes turnaround from receiving.- Maintains a thorough understanding and knowledge of STAND 8 processes, industry standards, and client base- Seek feedback and applies the information to improve service- Act as a STAND 8 brand ambassador and consultant liaison supporting onboarding, check-ins, and timesheet/payroll support as needed.- Support internal staff in company recognition programs and act as a brand ambassador of STAND 8.
