A great communicator, an ambitious leader who is able to engage, inspire and train their teams to deliver exceptional store standards.Responsible for:- Training and coaching on brand standards- Dealing with sales, stock, labor management, wastage.- Being in-charge of 3 to 5 stores**Requirements**:- Minimum of 1 year retail and food experience is a must- Communication and team spirit are essential skills as well as customer-focused- Organized- Ability to multi-task- Able to work min 45 hours in a week
