**BACHELOR DEGREE: Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent**.
**LANGUAGES**:Intermediate/Advanced English**EXPERIENCE**:2 years minimum of experience in Automotive Industry IATF 16949.
Management of Quality System.IATF 16949 knowledge.
LPA, Core Tools and SPC and PDCA.
VDA.Valid Passaport and American VISA.
**Main responsibilities**:Ensure the development to Quality System in site.Lead 8D's and TroubleshootingManage & Negotiation with customers.Ensure and maintain the quality's documents and registers as is required by IATF 16949 Standar.Lead IATF audits.
**SKILLS**:Focus Quality oriented, demostrable persuasion, planningand control, high speed ofresponse, customer focus, responsability, leadership, organization, analytical personand problem solver, decision making, assignments and team work attitude.Integrity, honest, autonomus and rigorous person.
**Base Salary: $38,000 - 40,000 MXN per Month****Plus Law superior Benefits.
