DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team OverviewAs a part of the City Key Account Restaurant Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for defining the acquisition strategy of Restaurants in the whole LATAM region.We are looking for data-driven individuals who are not afraid of testing new hypotheses and implementing the strategies with the best results!Role ResponsibilitiesDefining what type of restaurants to acquire in each of our existing cities based on several metrics such as market penetration, food category penetration, population density per zone in the cities, etc.Analyzing which restaurants should be prioritized by our commercial team from our database.Giving support to the commercial team regarding strategy, rules & completion of goals.Analyzing the key metrics that correlate to a higher probability of success for a restaurant on our platform and building strategies that address the findings.Role QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or any related field.Two or more years of experience in similar positions.Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power Query and Tableau; R and Python a big plus.Strong analytical skills (you must be confident in exploring data and gathering correlations of metrics with performance).Attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and we need to do them well.
