We are seeking data-driven individuals who are enthusiastic about testing new hypotheses and implementing strategies that yield optimal results. You should excel in data analysis and communication skills to present results to the company and explain the logic of the strategies to different stakeholders. Proactivity is highly valued, as it will enable you to identify opportunities and streamline processes across various projects.Role ResponsibilitiesIdentifying experience opportunities and defining appropriate strategy and tactics to address them.Analyzing our database to prioritize restaurants for our commercial team and segment them based on improvement opportunities.Analyzing key metrics that contribute to a superior restaurant experience on our platform and developing strategies to capitalize on those insights.Role QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or any related field.Two or more years of experience in similar positions.Advanced knowledge of SQL; R and Python are optional pluses.Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English (advanced level).Experience in a highly dynamic work environment (startup or consulting experience is preferred).Strong analytical skills (confidence in exploring data and gathering correlations of metrics with performance).A growth mindset (not afraid of testing new strategies and implementing the most efficient ones).Attention to detail with swift execution - balancing speed and quality.Proven hands-on mentality, self-motivated, and self-directed.Passion for solving complex problems and experience defining and implementing scalable solutions.EEO StatementWe create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
