You ideally hold a diploma in Hospitality Management or F&B Management, with at least 2 years of professional experience in the luxury hospitality industry, and you have worked in fine-dining or as sommelier. You are customer focused and a hospitality passionate. You are at ease in an international environment, flexible and a team player, who strives for continuous improvement and innovation. You have an excellent level of English (French is a plus), both in oral and written, and you are eligible to work in Switzerland.
As a **Restaurant Supervisor **your main missions will be:
- Conduct the Service operation working with the assigned students while sharing the best practices of the industry to maintain the high standards of the outlet.
- Coordinate and delegate the operational daily tasks, including but not limited to:
- Beverages and food display setup
- Oversee the stock supply and outlet inventory
- Follow the HACCP procedure
- Use of the POS system
- Opening and closing procedures
- Be responsible for the wine list and inventory and its follow up. Act as the main contact person of the wine suppliers.
- Showcase the students how to advise the clients and anticipate their needs to reach their highest level of satisfaction and encourage them to take initiative and to be proactive.
- Ensure students are aware of the importance and follow the school standards regarding professional attitude, behaviour, and grooming standards.
- Participate in the organization of on
