**What you´ll do**:
- Monitor and Improve of retail operations financial performance for our respective accounts
- Works along and challenges the Key Account Management team to pursue healthy financial performance
- Conducts regular financial account performance meetings
- Initiates Process Improvements with the Operations Team
- Optimizes accounts payable/receivable processes
- Works interdisciplinary with the Customer Service Team to raise the bar on financial performance on returns and refunds
- Analyzes and defines along with the Operations Manager strategies to improve the margin of our retail products
**Who We're Looking For**:
- You have studied management, business administration, engineering or a related field and have practical experience in operations, accounting or finance
- You have a strong strategic and pragmatic view, and you're able to prioritize effectively and -if necessary
- push back strictly
- You have a quick grasp and a strongly analytical approach that allows you to execute several tasks and problems showing ownership and hard commitment
- You're attracted by an entrepreneurial way of working, think beyond your day-to-day scope and manage your projects with extraordinary ownership
- You are attracted by new challenges and have fun in looking for creative and out of the box solutions after a root cause analysis
- You enjoy steering interdisciplinary teams and are able to manage several stakeholders, optimally in a structured project management tool (e.g.
Monday, JIRA, etc)
