They will partner with the Store Managers to provide guidance on delivering outstanding hospitality, meeting all operating objectives, driving sales and financial goals, and holding them accountable to company policies and procedures. The Retail Manager is the leader with a mindset of continuous improvement and drive to make their employees wildly successful.This position is for an individual who has multi-unit experience with the ability to leverage each unique store to address and solve wide opportunities.The Retail Manager will build strong relationships with each store team with a focus on engaging and developing a bench for the next leaders within Trek. The goal of the Retail Manager is to empower each Store Manager to run a successful business that creates a Great Place to Work for their teams, customers, and community to "get more people on bike every day."The Retail Manager must understand the work that needs to be done to achieve store profitability.
