**About the role**:WITHIN is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Media Strategist to join our team. You are someone who is an expert in all things Amazon. In this role you will oversee the fundamentals in Seller Central and Vendor Central; you will participate in client facing calls to review key initiatives and educate clients on their account. You will oversee creation of product listings, A+ Content, seller support case management, and reporting of data and performance.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to;**
- Inventory management including forecasting, creating shipments in Seller Central, filing shipment discrepancies, coordinating with 3PLs
- Monitor customer reviews and manage cases, while working closely with seller support to resolve any issues
- optimizing merchandising efforts to drive sales
- Keyword research for campaign creation and listing optimization
- Creating and updating weekly data and performance reporting using google sheets
- Creating and Optimizing advertising campaigns
- Creating promotions using seller central
- Working with flat files on ASIN creation, variation, updates, and maintenance.
- Manage client calls notes and follow up on all executable deliverables
- Manage brand store and all A+ content creation
- ad-hoc analysis of advertising and sales performance
**Requirements**:
- Must have great knowledge of excel pivot tables and vlookup
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs
- Experience editing and uploading Amazon flat files, creating product variations, and navigating Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and execute on tasks efficiently
- Good understanding of ROAS / ACOS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Account management experience is a plus
- Advertising experience is a plus
**Nice to Have Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience managing advertising on Amazon
- Prior agency experience
