specifically responsible for high artistry sales, boutique management and retail performance.
Key partner for crm in retail and key responsible of data reporting and market visit tools.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Dimensions/Management ratios: To support the assigned POS to achieve sales, profit and strategic objectives.- Assigned Retail point of sales- Assigned Retail Staff- All Retail Office Department- Marketing Department- Richemont Shared Services- Managing DirectorSphere of responsibility/ main tasks/ projects:**1.
Sales, customer experience and profitability achievement**- Support BM / ABM to achieve Sales results- Support the operation development through pair coaching and the Boutiques in sales, profit and strategic objective achievement, including Stock & Performance review.- Support BM/ABM to control inventory and maintain stock loss % to company set target.- Support Retail Marketing operations / events on the field for all the assigned POS with ROC.- Support all the staff by coaching on-the-job all types of trainings- Support the hiring process and induction journey- Support BM and ABM on the development of the Monthly Action Plans- Follow up the implementation of the correct product assortment- Give constant feedback to team in one to one sessions- Control operational costs- Ensure the excellence in execution of Customer Shopping Experience**2.
Grow and develop the assigned POS and the inner talent**- Analyse sales and stock report on weekly basis with concrete and short term action plans.
Share information with team- Monitor the CRM results and develop concrete actions plans to meet company targets- Ensure the correct service, follow up and experience of every customer (NPS)- Develop KPI daily report, follow up and elaborate strategies to meet the expected objectives- Pro-active sales strategy plans to ensure sales BU achievement- Ensure the correct presentation and sales ceremony with the customers- Become a professional in Artisan Business- Empowerment of each BM/ABM to leverage their level of commitment- Develop professional teams inside each POS- Cover staff in sales activities when needed**3
