Retail Program ManagerResponsibilities:Establish a Territory diagnostic and identify key trends in market sell-out.Elaborate tactics to address the perimeter (market, channel, geography, etc.
).Identify and recruit new channel partners in line with the Region orientations.Conduct business reviews, steer, and make corrective actions as appropriate.Develop and animate the partnership.Create documentation and tailor programs by customers.Ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize Michelin & partner's performance consistently with distribution strategy (incl.
OMM, CatMan approach, etc.
).Provide customers/partners with regular communications and updates that pertain to their businesses, appropriate training solutions to partners, measure performance, and propose corrective actions.Manage assigned projects by ensuring programs are in line with customer specifications and requirements.Execute "hand-off" to stakeholders.Promote and valorize the Sell Out approach with selected customers and sales forces to reinforce Michelin & Partner's respective performance.Follow customer satisfaction and contribute to identifying actions to improve it.Key Experiences:Working with partners/dealers.Developing programs.Animating events.Conducting general analysis.Initial Training Plan: Initial TrainingContinuous Training Plan: Continuous Training#J-18808-Ljbffr
