As a RETAIL SALES PROJECT MANAGER, you will partner with business leadership to strategize, develop, and pilot revenue acceleration and retention strategies for our architectural coatings brands.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Shape strategy and direction of the sales team through building insights from analysing market and internal data.
- Drive operational excellence on our sales teams through the identification of opportunity areas, prioritizing efficiency, removing obstacles, or crafting improved processes and approaches to promote growth and loyalty to our brands.
- Lead cross-functional teams across the organization to define recommendations and develop joint action plans to drive improvement and help our sales team succeed
- customer.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in operational planning or sales strategy planning roles, preferably for consumer goods or retail businesses.
- Proficiency managing data analysis tools such as tableau, excel or equivalent.
- Familiarity with forecasting tools and as well as understanding of Salesforce implementation processes are highly desirable.
- Fluent English
- Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced and result driven environment!
