As a RETAIL TRAINING ADVISOR, you will ensure the performance of our customers with the highest quality by identifying training needs; this job will support the region of Morelia reporting to the manager of the position.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct needs analysis of our dealership store teams to provide them with the necessary skills to the best customer service standards.
- Train the different school store programs for the dealer network.
- Increase efficiency and service level indicators for assigned school stores and participants.
- Work with other areas to help build or customize any learning materials needed for trainings.
**Qualifications**
- 1+ years experience as a trainer or equivalent, in commercial or retail structures.
- Graduate of a bachelor's or higher degree; preferably in education, psychology, pedagogy or equivalent.
- Proficient English.
- Desirable knowledge of store indicators, action plans, smart method.
- Extensive travel availability to deliver face-to-face courses in your area #LI-Onsite.
