.Overview:The Retail Workforce Analyst is accountable for owning the forecasting, scheduling, and reporting for each of the regions that they are assigned, as well as for understanding the scheduling process such as shift swaps, Paid Time Off, and coverage request.
The Retail Workforce Analyst works as a consultant for their assigned district managers in regards of scheduling decisions.
**Responsibilities**:- Forecasting, planning, and work volumes for Retail staff, ensuring that staffing levels allow for optimal performance.- The ability to summarize, visualize, and present data.
It is also vital that they possess knowledge of key measures including utilization, service levels, handle time and T-SLH.- Building schedules- Staff Optimization and efficiency- Serve as the District Managers primary point of contact on workforce management policies and as authority on workforce optimization issues- Improve processes and increase efficiency of operations by recommending required changesQualifications:- Full time availability- They must possess strong communication abilities so that employees are kept appraised of developments effectively, and to ensure that all appropriate staff are aware of issues- Workforce analyst will be required to work independently as well as function reliably as a member of a team- Ability to establish an efficient workplace environment, therefore, it is important that they can lead a range of tasks and prioritize their responsibilities, and meet due dates- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office, in order to store data, build reports, produce schedules, and perform other tasks.
