Furthermore, you need to be a pro at reciting our script (while coming off natural) and be excited about weekly sales stats.- Reliable. I'm talking about very reliable. Great, then keep reading for the job description...** The main components of the work would be:- Handle inbound and outbound retention-related calls professionally and effectively. In this role you will be reinforcing the value of our products by highlighting different features and benefits of the supplement that the customer originally purchased.- Upsell or cross-sell additional products that align with the customer's needs.- Achieve retention and sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a big one, we are looking for someone who is able to make our customers feel happy and cared for once the call is finished.- Address complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate as necessary.- Ensure customers feel heard and valued throughout the process.- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as retention rate, amount saved, and call handling time- Analyze reasons for churn and propose recommendations to improve retention strategies.**We have two options for this role available.
