Retention Specialist

Position: Customer Care Representative
Location: ON SITE ONLY: Av. P.º Río San Miguel 75-Planta alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, 83270 Hermosillo, Son.
Compensation: Earn up to $7,500 MXN weekly ($2,496 MXN base salary + commissions and performance bonus)
Schedule: Flexible shifts with Sundays off.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Focus: Convert cancellations into saves and leverage opportunities to sell products.
