**Position**: Customer Care Representative
**Location**: ON SITE ONLY: Av. P.º Río San Miguel 75-Planta alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, 83270 Hermosillo, Son.
**Compensation**: Earn up to $7,500 MXN weekly ($2,496 MXN base salary + commissions and performance bonus)
**Schedule**: Flexible shifts with Sundays off.
**Hours**: Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
**Focus**: Convert cancellations into saves and leverage opportunities to sell products.
**What You'll Do**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure product retention.
- Use your negotiation skills to convert return/cancellation requests into saves.
- Address customer concerns and find solutions to keep them satisfied.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position preferred.
- Strong computer skills and typing speed (30+ words per minute).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
