Retention Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Handles customer questions regarding billing procedures and/or problems and identifies and corrects errors or discrepancies on customer billing.- Trouble-shoots customer service problems and schedules service calls.- Will utilize retention skills in order to save a downgrade or disconnect of service.- Responsible for taking requests for new, upgrade, downgrade, transfer or disconnect service, and responsible for accurate computer entries and paperwork associated with any transactions.- Performs clerical functions, such as responding to written customer inquiries, completing daily, weekly or monthly reports, and various other non-phone functions, as assigned.- Responsible for promoting a welcoming, friendly, professional environment.**Required Skills**:- Intermediate English Level (B1)- Advanced French level (B2)- High school diploma or equivalent is required.- Inbound call center experience is required.- Excellent verbal and written communications- Ability to thrive in a lively team environment and multi-task- Experience with computers is required**Salary & Benefits**:- $15,000 Base salary- $2,000 Performance Bonus- 2 Days off- Food coupons- Life medical insurance- Permanent placement position / Direct hire**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
