Your - job will be to save customers who request to cancel services.-KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-- Speak to customers requesting to cancel services and SAVE them Speak to dissatisfied customers and HELP them Inbound and outbound phone calls Must be able to articulate the value of products Ability nd the rir a customer with a product thts their needs Deliver aordinary service on outbound calls inst-paced, structured customer care environment Consult customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutior each customer,reinforcing benefits of using our service.
