We are looking for a Retention Specialist to provide accurate, clear, and concise info to our customers, resulting in better expectations and understanding of the work, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Your #1 job will be to save customers who request to cancel services.**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Speak to customers requesting to cancel services and SAVE them!- Speak to dissatisfied customers and HELP them!- Inbound and outbound phone calls- Must be able to articulate the value of products- Ability to find the right fit for a customer with a product that fits their needs- Deliver extraordinary service on outbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment- Consult customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions for each customer, reinforcing benefits of using our service.- Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, and handling objections- Provide clear and concise information- Update customer account information as needed- Use provided tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs- Meet or exceed all performance metrics**Why Dealership Performance 360 CRM?**- Superior benefits- Monday-Friday- Weekends Off- A growing company that can provide stability- Incredibly upbeat and happy culture!- This is a full-time position*Sales experience is a big plus but not required.
