**Retirement Actuarial Consultant****What can you expect?

**- We're an equal opportunity employer committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.- Be part of a multinational organization where you'll be able to learn, grow and develop your career.- Flexible work environment and hybrid work from home policy.- Generous benefits package.- Opportunity to engage with other areas of Mercer business to understand the full scope of client relationship and service.- Employee Resource Groups which provide access to leaders, relevant volunteer and mentoring opportunities and interactions with counterparts in industry groups and client organization**We will count on you to**:- Assist senior consultants with project management, day-to-day client contact, problem resolution, and supervision of analysts' work.- Performs necessary calculations or analysis on special retirement projects analyzing their impact on all of a client's retirement plans, including assumption studies, plan design studies, plan terminations, early retirement window studies, post retiree medical and acquisition studies.- Interact with clients by participating in meetings and presentations.- Supervise two or more colleagues, conduct performance evaluations and career development discussion.- Assign, direct, and evaluate work.- Collaborate with Mercer's Retirement Service Centers to check and analyze actuarial valuation results, including analysis of census data, liabilities, assets and reporting, coordinating local office resources and project management.- Oversee necessary calculations or analysis on complex retirement and savings projects.- Collaborate with the delivery teams to accomplish delivery of work to clients.- Consulting on a full range of Pension and Saving plan issues
