Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**GENERAL SUMMARY**:Ensure Quality Policy and procedures are implemented to provide the quality product that meets design parameters in the process.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIESProvide leadership for process control in assembly line and retrofitProblem resolution with suppliers and customersSupport the corrective action system PSP (Internal and External)Provide technical Support to Mfg. Eng. regarding quality of product and its function within the design.Quality Gage required for the processProvide leadership to QC engineers and TechniciansWorks closely with Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing in Capacity Studies, Gage R&R and DOE.Perform Activities related to SafetySAP transaction and reportTechinical Support related on Retrofit area and vehicles releaseFedback in relation of issues found in retrofit areaQuality Metrics reductionworkflows creationInspection Plant creationQuality Alert CreationFollow up on Quality metrics CPU/DPL/RFTAny other duties and responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.Status reports(statistics Graphics)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**Education**: Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial EngineeringSAP Transactions (necessary)80% Bilingual (Spanish - English)Knowledge of ISO9000Geometric Tolerances and Blue Print ReadingsMicrosoft Office (Excel, Power point necessary)Google Tools & Apps (Is a Plus)Problem Solving TechniquesSPC, PFMEA, DOE, QFD, PPAP, APQPGood Analytical SkillsQuality toolsExperience in Quality ControlGood JudgementStrong Leadership and work team managementGood Communication/ Service Skills.LI-IM1
