**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience with IFRS, US GAAP or Mexican FRS, with a focus on revenue recognition.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), MBA, or MSA.
- Experience with processes, controls, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment and to drive complex operational initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver accurate, timely, and efficient accounting processes including preparation of month-end close activities as related to device business generation, deferred business generation, reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
- Partner with the Systems team and other upstream stakeholders to stabilize new processes related to Order to Cash SAP transformation and ensure SOX compliance, operational excellence, and scalability, where applicable.
- Partner closely across finance (e.g., Product Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, FinOps, cross-product area, etc.) as well as the business (e.g., Product, Sales, etc.) to support new or ongoing business initiatives, improve process efficiencies/scalability for continued operational excellence.
- Support internal and external year-end audits and provide insights to drive effective management decisions and ensure compliance.
