This role is integral to the business unit achieving Billing, Cash Collection and Aged Debts targets through resolving customer disputes and ensuring that all invoices are issued and processed in a timely/accurate manner.**Role Responsibilities**:- Control weekly box office data into billing system- Analyze differences between Comscore and BOR figures- Issue weekly invoices according exhibitor figures- Export and Import files to Click Factura.- Check official numbers and Identify possible errors.- Control customers who are late in submitting weekly box office- Contact Click Factura, IT and exhibitors to solve system or other issues whenever necessary- Prepare payer forms- Export bank statements daily- Contact exhibitors with late payments- Control Guarantees process- Assist cash accounting team with accounts receivable queries- Prepare monthly Aging report and tax reportPerson SpecificationEssential- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance Preferred
