**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, account management and planning with the news or commerce verticals.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as it is a client-facing role which requires interaction in English and Spanish with local partners.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience working with Google Ad Manager.
- Experience in managing complex partnerships.
- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

In this role, you will nurture strategic relationships with the influential and innovative media companies. You will provide key support that enables them to provide their valuable services to Spanish speaking communities in the markets. You will be responsible for our partners in those verticals, with the goal of generating business growth for them leveraging our sellside business generation products.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as Google Sellside expert, providing implementation, troubleshooting, and strategic business support.
- Build partner relationships through collaboration, optimization guidance, training, and product updates.
- Identify partner growth opportunities, translate them into actionable initiatives, and advocate internally.
- Manage time-sensitive escalations (e.g., business, product, policy) and ensure partner satisfaction through analytics and reporting.
