The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing room revenue and profit associated across all customer segments. This role recommends and maintains pricing, positioning, and management of rooms inventory through systems. The Revenue Manager develops strategies to increase room and overall revenue for the hotel, focusing on profitability with optimal channel and segment mix. This role identifies future opportunities and effectively communicates with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce. Additionally, the Revenue Manager is responsible for developing the annual rooms revenue and Business Plan with Sales & Marketing and achieving the KPIs established.
QualificationsMinimum 2 years of revenue management experience in a full-service property.Languages: advanced skills and fluent in Spanish and English.Analytical, out-of-the-box thinking, and interpersonal skills are a must.Strong knowledge of reservations, sales & marketing, including the Global Distribution Network and hotel financial statements.Must be proficient in the use of hotel PMS, CRS, and RMS systems; excellent writing and presentation skills.Extensive knowledge of forecasting and interpreting/analyzing results to plan and conduct budget analysis.Wise decision-maker with a professional personality to handle owner and corporate relations.Leadership focus on caring for people, setting and tracking goals, talent development, and teamwork/building.
