.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Manager Team Lead (m/f/d) to act as a commercial leader for assigned regions. You will be responsible for building and executing commercial strategies, overseeing tactical implementations, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.What to expect?You will be part of a data and revenue driven team in our Revenue Management & Commercial Excellence (RMCE) organization and report directly to the VP RMCE.You will lead a country team of Revenue & Pricing Manager and Market Development Manager responsible for optimizing revenue and profit.Your Tasks – Paint the world greenYou will lead a team consisting of Revenue & Pricing and Market Development Managers.You will encompass comprehensive commercial leadership for a designated region, focusing on the development and execution of a strategic commercial plan. Key responsibilities include defining tactical implementation strategies, establishing a local campaign calendar, and integrating Revenue Management and Pricing methods.You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director (MD), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Monitor the revenue performance for the designated region to ensure the EUR/km targets are achieved (triggers country performance discussions if they impact the overall performance) – responsible for topline results whole Flix (weekly/monthly KPI).Define a clear vision and strategy for your region.Collaborate closely with other Team Leads, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in cross-team initiatives.Your Profile – Ready to hop on board5+ years as a Leader or similar role in Revenue Management or Commercial Development.Strong analytical thinking and the ability to assess the financial and strategic value of a project and prioritize when resources are limited, and the scope is large.Passion for profit optimization.Experience in dealing with commercial, business and technical stakeholders.Familiarity with revenue optimization programs would be a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Lateral leader, team player, community builder, ability to facilitate and quickly adapt communication/presentation to groups with diverse backgrounds.You bring openness, mutual respect + understanding, curiosity and a positive attitude towards collaboration across the division and organization.You feel comfortable in an environment with a lot of freedom and do not need constant guidance.Experience working in business teams, proven improvement of agile + organizational processes and the ability to interpret and communicate actionable results to senior management.Fluent in English.Our Perks – More than just a jobYou have an impact.
