.**Responsibilities**:- Maximization of Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) and the hotel's market share through pro-active management of PRICING and CONTROLS- Review and monitor ongoing balance of inventory between S&C, PM and MFR- Manage Internet Merchant Models extranet through Ez Yield (Expedia, Travelocity etc.) in regards to rates and inventory to ensure parity, presentation and accuracy of information- Building and updating of rates and packages in MFR and PM in coordination with the Reservations Team in compliance with SOX guidelines- Lead weekly Revenue Maximization meeting and assist in strategy and budget planning as needed- Running Revelation tools and reports (DAS, Room & Rate Pace, Demand Analysis, Pace Setters)- Pricing and analysis of leads, monitor group pick up activity and evaluate displacement and contract terms- Competitive analysis and call-arounds including their interpretation and presentation- Updating the DAC and dynamic BAR in MFR will be done by myRPMS very soon- Updating Sell levels in MFR in accordance with myRPMS recommendations will be done automatically in less than a month- Analysis of sell levels as they relate to demand, seasonality and competitive environment- Responsible for statistical weekly and monthly reports- Preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly, yearly and 15 month Forecast reports- Compilation and distribution of statistical reports as it relates to Revenue Management- Ensuring the daily, weekly and monthly analysis of inventory and market changes- Preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotels Business, Marketing and Strategic Plans- Maintaining opportune communication with GRC and Property Reservation- Preparation of additional Revenue management related reports for the month end process as needed- Maintaining close working relationship with both Corporate and Regional Revenue Management Teams- Work closely with Front Office and Rooms Management, ensuring smooth transition of inventory management between Reservations and Front Office as lead time dictates- Operational and / or strategic supervision of the daily operations of the Reservations Department- Validation of myRPMS forecast recommendations and consequently pricing and controls suggested by the system- Maintenance of special events and historical data as needed in myRPMS- Prepare the month end Executive Commentary**Qualifications**:- Extensive working knowledge of Opera, iDeas, Excel, myFairmont Reservation, Sales & Catering and Property Manager systems suggested- Strong LEADERSHIP required to interact with a remote team- Strong analytical skills required- Strong administrative skills- Previous Supervisory/Management Experience preferred**Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent
