You will support variable compensation plan administration and commissions and attainment reporting. You have impeccable attention to detail and are an enthusiastic advocate for data accuracy. You will have a constant eye on the key performance indicators, and help to scale and optimize GTM effectiveness via maintaining accurate data, eliminating barriers, and providing documentation.You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy collaborating with GTM teams, are a Salesforce and Excel enthusiast, and most importantly are passionate about creating sustainable and scalable operations that will grow with the company.**What You'll Do**:- Partner with other Commission Analysts to administer compensation plan and commission reports for BigCommerce, including monthly data collection and review, incentive compensation calculations, submitting commissions payments to HR, and commission reporting to sales and business development leaders and representatives.- Collaborate deeply with the Finance and Human Resources teams on commission-related matters, including partnering to resolve issues, developing communications, and advising on potential changes to variable compensation.- Field questions and requests from employees on incentive compensation plans, including training new employees on incentive compensation plans for BigCommerce.- Execute monthly and quarterly attainment reporting, and communicate attainment to sales and business development leaders and employees.- Support the administration of the commissions tool, including configurations and reporting, and answering questions from the business.- Translate business requirements and challenges to operational requirements, leveraging process, automation, and data outputs to ultimately increase acquisition effectiveness.- Provide enablement documentation for the GTM teams to ensure adherence to new processes and optimizations.**Who You Are**:- A results-oriented, cross-functional operator with a bias for action and 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar
