**About the Position**
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for our CRM (Salesforce) issues, integrations, improvements, and process documentation
- Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics: providing insights, making recommendations, and delivering improvement actions.
- Manage and administer a modern sales technology stack, including CRM, CPQ, CLM, outbound tools, sales enablement tools, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and challenges, continuously refining processes for maximum impact.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to align revenue operations with overall business objectives
- Identify areas for process improvement, propose and assist in implementing solutions
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing staff as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales analysis, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platform administration (Salesforce) and ownership of sales enablement tools (Salesloft, Gong, Highspot, LinkedIn Navigator, Atrium, and CPQ/CLM tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Expert project and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
