.Company DescriptionThe Reverse Logistics Operations Manager works within the Service Logistics Organizationat Arista, and plays a key role in enabling the success of Arista's post-sales Support offerings, which includes Warranty, Same Day and Next Business Day delivery of critical spare parts to Arista's end customers.The Service Logistics Organization within Arista is responsible for Arista's Service SupplyChain, including Arista's global network of service depots, planning of spare parts inventory,stocking of spare parts globally, import / export of spare parts, rapid delivery of hardwarereplacements to end customers, asset recovery, reverse logistics of RMA returns fromcustomers, and the repair and reuse of customer-returned inventory - all areas integrated end to end to deliver the best in class operations and service to our customers.Working within Arista's Global Service Operations team, and working closely with Arista'sLogistics, Service Planning, Finance, Trade Compliance, and Repair Operations teams, theReverse Logistics Operations Manager must ensure that Arista is retrieving, with optimalcost, time and quality, our assets from the field as a top priority. With this role, the individualwill be responsible for the day-to-day execution, development, and long-term strategy ofArista's Global Asset Recovery and Reverse Logistics. The role is focused on the dailyexecution of existing vendors; maintaining and building relationships with existing and futurevendors; developing new strategies with our customers and partners, negotiating andexecuting balance score card and performance with vendors, developing environmental andrecycling initiatives, improving the process lifecycle and driving continuous improvement andscalability across vendors to support Arista's evolving requirements for optimization.**Job Description**:- Manage Arista's global network customers asset retrieval, ensuring cost, time and quality of service goals are achieved.- Drive vendors to achieve Key Performance Indicators, including Asset Recovery, leadtime, Dock to Stock, Warehouse Disposition, Turn Around Time, Defective Inventory reporting and cost reduction.- Develop a collection program to allow Customer returning their defective gears in an efficient, easy, fast, cost effective method to our depot locations. Liaise with Import/Export Compliance, Product Compliance and Logistics teams to enable global import, export, and stocking capabilities to our Repair and Failure Analysis locations.- Implement a reverse logistics warehouse disposition programs to execute Temporary Export for Repair, Temporary Inbound, China Tariff Reduction, Screen and Clean, Failure Analysis, Pullback and Purges Globally.- Manage spend with third party logistics and transportation partners. Drive cost reduction strategies and build a culture of long-term savings on operational costs.- Develop scalable processes to support the evolving needs within Arista's service spare parts business model
