You will understand and estimate return rates, component usage rates, repair operation set ups, build demand and forecast models for service parts and align with business strategy and operations, and manage component planning and communicate about inventory metrics with our business partners.ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and insightful forecast for various products across the globe.Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring service needs are fully covered (e.G., demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and operations).Drive product success metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory Weeks of Supply (WOS), excess and obsolescence, material spend, customer fulfillment rates, etc.Manage component inventory for warranty requirements to maximize customer service levels and mitigate excess and obsolescence risks.
