The Global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization is made up of 5,000 permanent employees in 20 countries covering 14 global manufacturing sites. Our biggest market is in the Americas, and we are currently looking for a Reverse Logistics Project Manager.**JOB DUTIES**:- Collaborate with sales and finance organizations to gather data to evaluate and identify opportunities for reverse logistic operation in US and MX.- Evaluate the level of repair needed on a model-by-model basis taking in consideration sales price, volume, and cost to repair.- Work with a multifunctional team to determine processes and equipment needed for the operation.- Prepare a P&L and build a business case for review with upper management.- Work with sales and product managers to understand product life cycle to constantly monitor models to add or remove from the program.- Build and manage relationship with multiple Trade customers to coordinate a consistent return of products to ensure workload pipeline is full.- Develop innovative ideas to improve cost through improved processes- Prepare forecast and revenue projection for reverse logistics operation, work with sales to ensure consistent receipt of orders to ship renewed product according to the projection.- Responsible for the compliance of reverse logistics operational processes and flow.- Coordinate growth strategy planning and execution with specific and cross-functional teams.**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management.- 5+ years hands-on experience in a warehouse and/or logistics operation.- 5+ years' experience using an ERP system (SAP EWM preferred).- Reverse Logistics and Operations Management experience a great plus.- Ability to manage, plan, organize, assign, schedule, and prioritize multiple work assignments and projects as directed, to achieve company objectives.**WE VALUE**:- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- Advanced proficiency with current Microsoft Office programs.- PMP certification desired or availability to pursue it within first year.**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU**:- Enjoy work-life balance with flexible vacation!- Resideo provides comprehensive benefits, including life and health insurance, vacation & holidays.LI-CR1LI-RemoteAt Resideo, we bring together diverse individuals to build the future of homes.
