Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best in class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our Helpware team.**Position Overview**:Once fully trained, individuals are expected to complete the entire editing process for one review within approximately 16 minutes. Teammates will be evaluated by their ability to accomplish goals on time and consistently follow the client's quality standards. There is the opportunity for individuals to expand their role to include other types of review processing, content curation, and customer service based on business needs.**Primary Responsibilities**:- Follow instructions clearly- Conduct basic online research- Transcribe standard audio using software- Write clearly and concisely (In English)- Demonstrate editorial judgment- Work effectively under deadline Operate comfortably within a CMS (e.G., Drupal, WordPress)**Qualifications**:- 1-2 yrs experience in editing & copy writing- 1-2 yrs Transcription Experience- 1-2 yrs Business Writing or Copywriting Experience- Advanced English Skills- Advance computer and typing skills- Must be able to work independently- High Level of Professionalism- Ability to adapt and learn- Ability to multitask- Quiet and secure place to work- Reliable high-speed internet connection- Ability to listen, build trust and confidence with teammates- Ability to receive & implement feedback on both work & performance
