**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Model Development**: Create and modify 3D models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP designs.- ** Documentation**: Produce detailed construction documents, drawings, and schedules from Revit models.- ** Quality Control**: Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of models and documents, adhering to company and industry standards.- ** Clash Detection**: Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within models using Revit and other BIM tools.- ** Standards Compliance**: Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.- ** Project Management**: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication with clients and team members.- ** Training and Support**: Provide training and support to team members on Revit and BIM processes.- ** Innovation**: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
**Qualifications**- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
