Working with Rewards in FLSmidth you have a big diversity in tasks within the Rewards area.
You have both global and senior management exposure whilst also engaging with colleagues in Finance as well as People & Sustainability to align rewards with other related people and performance processes.
You will be in a team of 3 senior rewards specialists reporting to the Heads of Rewards & People Analytics inside our Corporate Center.
Your responsibilitiesMaintain and develop rewards principles, policies and compliance.Managing incentive programs (Short term, Sales, Manufacturing and Long-term incentive programs).Executive benchmarking and position evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.Lead annual salary review budget and process as well as yearly out-of-cycle salary adjustment process.Drive rewards projects such as analysis of gender pay gaps and living wages.Work with local rewards partners to educate, support and collaborate on global processes.
Your qualificationsYou have 5-10 years or more of working experience within rewards in a global organization.Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.Great knowledge and experience of rewards theories and methodologies.Interest and/or experience with Workday or other HR Systems.Demonstrate high level of accountability and operational excellence in your working behavior.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.Build a better worldFLSmidth helps build societies all over the world by contributing to the infrastructure needed for global economic growth.
